Be prepared! Read through our services, frequently asked questions, and design process pages to gain an understanding of our services and what is expected of you/the client in the design process. Ask questions if you don't understand.
Be able to communicate your ideas verbally and in writing! Do you have your ideas in a workable format?? Be Nice Design LLC can help you to ground your ideas into a workable web site plan - $ 75 per hour
We abide by protocols, more info... be prepared to enter into an agreement with a payment or deposit before you ask us to do any work for your company.
Write your copy and web site content:
- Write your web site content or hire a copy writing service , keep your keywords in mind - save each page in a separate Word Document or Text file. We do not provide copy writing or typing services.If you hire a copy writer be sure they are writing to optimize your site for searches. Your ranking on search engines,like Google, is dependant on great copy writing and SEO coding. We provide the coding; you are responsible for the copy. more info about copy writing...
- What are your keywords and phrases? We will ask you for a descriptive sentence and 12 keywords/phrases to program your Meta tags with. more info....
- Proofread your written content, we charge at our hourly rate ($75.) for extensive copy changes after you've submitted your text to us.
- Have your photos, images or line drawings ready if you are providing them for the project. Please approach us when you have everything ready.
