Project Definition Stage: The client and Be Nice Design will discuss the project details, the web site planning worksheet and content worksheet will be filled out and give the general definition to the web project.

1. A projected timeline for accomplishment of the project goals will be discussed.
2. The site maintenance plan will be discussed.

Site structure:

1. Client will create a list of all existing content; content worksheet.
2. Client will discuss content that needs to be created for the site with Be Nice Design.
3. Take time to think about the future and how the site content might need to grow. Make sure you leave room for growth.
4. Client will categorize the content
5. A site diagram will be make by the client and Be Nice Design (sample)
6. Wireframes will be drawn up by Be Nice Design for the page layout/design for approval by the client.(sample)
   

Visual Design:

Now it is time to let the designers be creative!

1. 1st draft of visual designs for home page and one sub-page (sample)
2. Client provides feedback on designs
3. 2nd draft of visual designs for home page and one sub-page
4. Client selects design and provides feedback
5. Final visual designs for home page and all unique sub-pages
6. Client approval of final design

1. Client and Be Nice Design will refine and add details to the project plan drafted during the Project Definition Stage - Be Nice Design LLC will provide the client with a detailed list of concrete tasks, assignments, target dates and dependencies between tasks.
2. Finally! Time to turn all this planning into reality! Be Nice Design LLC will:
   1. Build site templates using web standards
   2. Create Pages
   3. Back End Development

Quality Assurance Testing

1. Your site will be put to the test, we ask at this time that you proof read and click through the site to check for errors, ask your friends and family to help you from different computers (OS, browsers, etc).
2. We will in house test across all the major browsers.
3. We use human and machine testing for quality assurance.

Final adjustments will be made before launch date.

Launch the Site:

1. Plan the best date to go live.
2. Final quality assurances tests are performed after the site is published.
3. The web site url is submitted to major and minor search engines.
4. Implement the Maintenance Plan
