Web Maintenance Services:
Only our CMS (content management systems) allow you to log in and make changes online, with a WYSISYG editor with no technical skills or special software necessary. We provide basic admin training with our systems. Call for details. 602-309-1915
Our original web sites require software and technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, Java scripting, Flash and in some cases PHP and my SQL as well as skills in Photoshop.Our original web sites will need to be maintained using standard current editing software. We do not provide reload or back up of your site unless you are under a maintenance contract with us. We charge a fee to reestablish your web site if YOU break it.
Highly Recommended: Be Nice Design LLC will provide regularly scheduled updates for your web site, basic changes to text and images. We require a maintenance contract based upon your needs and a retainer fee which gives you access to our services on a regular basis. Your maintenance fees on retainer are discounted at $40 per hour based on our agreed upon monthly or weekly hours. This is a discount of $10 per hour to you, plus access to our services on a regular basis, this is a very good deal!
At minimum: we offer 6 month and one year contracts for maintenance, starting at 2 hours per month:
Minimum Contracts:
2 hours per month:
2 hours per month @ $40 = $80 x 6 months = $480. (savings of $120.)
2 hours per month @ $40 = $80 x 12 months = $960. (savings of $240.)
or 1 hour per week:
1 hour per week @ $40 = $40 x 26 weeks * 6 months = $1040. (savings of $260)
1 hour per week @ $40 = $40 x 52 weeks * one year = $2080. (savings of $520)
Please note:This basic maintenance includes text or image changes to existing pages only. All other work, such as:
>>adding whole pages
>>changing text, images or design elements to the point of having the page re-constructed
>>adding new functionality/scripts
will be considered additional and will be charged at $75 per hour.
Benefits of a maintenance retainer are:
- Your web site will be re-indexed by search engines more frequently and most likely your ranking will increase. Search engines look for new text or changes and often will drop stale web site content for web site content that is fresher.
- You will have access to the service you need and be able to make the changes you need on schedule. We place all of our retainer clients on high priority and will update our scheduled/retainer maintenance first. You could wait up to two weeks for your updates to me made if you aren't on retainer.
- You SAVE MONEY, TIME, and have the SECURITY of knowing that a professional is looking after your web presence on a regular basis.
